Account Manager
Full-time, salary £22,000 basic with an OTE £25,000 plus excellent benefits and the opportunity for career growth.
A brilliant opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing business based in Wetherby. As an Account Manager you will support all aspects of customer service requirements whilst striving for sales growth within the customer base. We are looking for candidates that are proactive, results driven and can build strong relationships.
Account Manager responsibilities include:
- Supporting both National Account Manager and Sales department whilst they are out visiting client/prospects
- Dealing with inbound customer queries
- Outbound calling to customers promoting the service and building rapport with consultants/managers
- Explaining products available to clients
- Providing quotations and information on the company products
- Ensuring all contractual terms are agreed with new clients
- Building and developing relationship with new clients
- Continually strive to maximize sales growth opportunities
- Future face to face Client meeting may be required
Skills and Experience:
- Be able to develop and build rapport with customers
- Experience of Consultative Sales /Relationship building
- Consistent high achiever, driven, resilient, and motivated by targets
- Able to demonstrate experience of being able to maintain and develop client growth
- Convert potential sales opportunities when identified
- A team player able to influence those around you, calmly demonstrating confidence and professionalism to clients and colleagues at a multitude of levels
- Must be able to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise
- Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail
