Service Coordinator
Based in Harrogate, full-time, £24,000 - £25,000 plus benefits.
Due to internal promotion our client is looking to recruit a Service Coordinator to carry out administration and coordination of their team of engineers. This will involve booking appointments, ensuring their diaries are efficiently run and ordering and taking receipt of parts. You will provide an excellent after sales service whilst keeping systems up to date and accurate.
Responsibilities will include –
- Answering and dealing with incoming calls and providing an excellent customer service
- Management of engineer’s diaries to maximise efficiencies
- Preparation of delivery notes and good checked and ready
- Maintenance of service records
- Researching and ordering of parts for planned jobs
- Despatching jobs off the system
- Assisting with purchasing and logistics

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Results orientated and able to work independently
- A can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile
- Confident phone manner and happy to carry out proactive calls
