Sales Administrator
Our client is a well established business based in Harrogate who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their supportive and professional team. This is a new role within the business to assist the sales team with all administration related tasks, schedule appointments, process sales orders and provide a high level of customer service.
Full time, salary £20,000-£24,000 p/a depending on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing sales orders
- Preparing reports for sales representatives
- Booking and rescheduling appointments for the sales representatives
- Taking incoming sales enquiries
- Responding to queries
- Contacting suppliers
- Assisting with detailed quote sending and following up
- Assisting with the web chat, handing web enquiries
Candidate requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Disciplined and highly organised
- Able to work on own initiative, confident with positive mentality
- Results orientated
- Strong IT skills in MS Office
