Sales Administrator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fun, friendly business based in Wetherby as a Sales Administrator. You will be the first point of contact on the phone with customers, taking orders and dealing with queries so a confident phone manner and excellent communication skills are essential. The successful person will have the ability to drive and see orders from receipt to dispatch efficiently and accurately.
Full-time, 9.00 – 17.00 Monday – Friday, salary £18,000 plus quarterly bonus of £250 based on company performance target.
Responsibilities include –
- Call handling and respective customer service
- Accurate sales order processing and issuing invoices to customers
- Supporting the needs of the field sales team of four Account Managers
- Compiling sales reports
- Processing meeting bookings
- Supporting the warehouse team to pick and pack orders when required
Required skills and abilities –
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a fun, outgoing personality
- Great team player willing to support in other roles in the business
- Strong organisational skills and able to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good business judgment
- Confident with MS Office, especially Excel
