Account Manager
Location: Perth, Scotland
Salary: £35,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Overview:
Join our client’s team as an Account Manager, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and supporting office operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage varied tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and online meetings to grow existing accounts and secure new business.
- Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist with invoicing.
- Liaise with the Operations Team to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales-related documentation using CRM and ERP systems.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.

- Previous account management experience
