Business Development Executive

Location: Knaresborough, North Yorkshire
Salary: £33,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9.00 – 17.00 (35 hours per week)
As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to expand the customer base and effectively sell the three core service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on mailers created by the Marketing Assistant.
- Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients, mainly virtual meetings with some face to face required.
- Document and build a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Cross-sell services where appropriate.
- Update meeting and contact notes in the system.
- Liaise with other departments to obtain client quotations.
- Present quotations to clients and gather feedback.
- Produce weekly activity reports for the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience and success in a face-to-face sales role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resilient and persistent in pursuing business opportunities.
- Hardworking and self-motivated.
