Car Sales Executive
Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire
Salary: £20,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
Expected First Year Earnings: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. You will be responsible for building lasting customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering a first-class buying experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer enquiries in person, online and over the phone
- Selling premium used vehicles and associated finance, insurance and value-added products
- Presenting finance solutions in line with FCA regulations
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
- Conducting accurate vehicle appraisals and part-exchange valuations
- Building long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintaining extensive product knowledge across prestige vehicle brands
- Supporting departmental targets and overall business growth
- Ensuring all customer interactions and documentation are completed accurately and professionally
About You
The ideal candidate will be passionate about cars, highly motivated and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
You will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' car sales experience
- Experience selling finance and insurance products
- A strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional, well-presented and customer-focused approach
- A proactive attitude and strong sales drive
- A full UK driving licence
