Location: Knaresborough
Salary: Starting at £26,000 plus discretionary bonus
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00 or part-time covering hours on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday

Our client is seeking a detailed and process-oriented individual with excellent telephony skills to join their professional and well-established team as a Claims Assessor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a respected company in a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming telephone enquiries
- Promptly process claim form requests
- Process claims in line with agreed practices
- Identify and report any potential complaints to the Claims Manager
- Provide accurate and timely advice to customers, anticipating potential issues
- Perform other office duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Process driven
- Confident telephone manner
- Claims experience preferred but not essential
- Strong IT skills
- Professional and patient demeanour
