Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ)
Unity Resourcing is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm seeking a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding Commercial Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious NQ Solicitor looking to build a successful career within Commercial Property. Working alongside experienced legal professionals, you will gain exposure to a varied caseload while developing your technical expertise, commercial awareness and client relationship management skills.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of Commercial Property matters, acting for landlords, tenants, investors, businesses and private clients across various sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
- Assisting with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation.
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters.
- Supporting property finance transactions.
- Preparing reports on title and providing practical legal advice.
- Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion requirements.
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professional advisers.
- Supporting networking and business development activities.
About You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly.
- Experience within Commercial Property gained during your training contract.
- Genuine interest in developing a career in Commercial Property.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Ambitious, proactive and commercially minded.
