Commercial Sales Executive
Location: Harrogate (office-based with some travel)
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000
Hours: Full-time or part-time, permanent
We’re currently recruiting for a varied and rewarding Commercial Sales Executive role based in Harrogate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, people-focused individual to join a growing organisation that makes a positive impact within its sector.
The Role:
You’ll play a key role in driving revenue across advertising, membership, and commercial services. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored sales solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business through networking, outreach, referrals and event attendance

Sell advertising and sponsorship across print, digital and events

Tailor advertising and sponsorship packages to meet client objectives

Retain and grow organisation paid membership schemes (OPM)

Promote training and accreditation services, generating qualified leads

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reporting
What You’ll Need:

B2B/B2C sales experience

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to a range of audiences

Excellent organisation and time management
