Marketing Manager
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 p/a plus excellent benefits including 28 days annual leave + stats and your Birthday off, Healthcare cover and much more.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a progressive and fast-growing organisation. As Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels for all businesses within our client’s group. This pivotal role will see you driving campaign development, optimising marketing performance, and shaping the way the group’s brands are positioned and perceived across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and implement marketing and advertising strategy and campaigns to drive brand awareness
- Working with the in-house content creator and external marketing agencies on campaigns.
- Oversee and manage and optimise digital channels including email, social media, SEO/PPC, content marketing, and paid media.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align marketing initiatives with business development plans.
- Liaising with external PR agency
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee creation of marketing content including social posts, and videos.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively with Senior Management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Attend relevant industry conferences and seminars
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B/B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
