New Business Development Manager

We're looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual to join our client's team as a New Business Development Manager based in Harrogate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good sales ability looking to work for a business that offer autonomy, an excellent earning potential and the opportunity to develop. The ideal candidate will possess a "can do" attitude, be results-driven, and enjoy building new relationships.

This is a full-time permanent position. Basic salary is £24,000 to £25,000 with an OTE of £46,000 on top of base, plus excellent benefits including company pension, 25 days + stats annual leave, your birthday off, professional development opportunities and room for progression.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends and new opportunities.

· Research competitors’ activities and market conditions to stay ahead of industry developments.

· Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients whilst understanding their needs.

· Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions to clients.

· Prepare compelling and customized proposals, presentations and pitches to showcase the value proposition of the company.

· Articulate the benefits of the companies’ products and services to potential clients.

· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Support the full sales cycle.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in new business development sales

· Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

· Ability to identify and capitalize new business.

· Able to build and maintain client relationships.
