Office Manager
Our client is an established, professional, and growing organisation that are leaders in their field. Due to growth a new position has been created to support the team. We are looking for candidates with excellent organisational skills who can introduce efficient processes and who are happy to assist where the business need is.
Salary - £25,000 p/a with excellent benefits including 20 day holiday + stats and flexible working hours between 30 and 37 hours per week.
The role will cover a board spectrum but will mainly be administration support for the Financial Controller.
Responsibilities include:
- Invoice processing and filing
- Making payments
- Compiling invoices and bank statements
- Supplier reconciliations / analysis (with support)
- Mandatory surveys / questionnaires (with support)
- Answering phones
- Dealing with the post
- Co-ordinating meetings and travel
- Taking minutes at meeting
- Supporting directors generally on wider admin tasks
- Assisting with IT and data rooms
Candidates should be enthusiastic, hardworking, happy to assist in all areas of the business and be IT literate. Experience in a similar role is essential.
