A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join a family run property business based in Harrogate.
The position is full-time, Monday – Friday 9.00 – 17.30
Salary is £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
This varied role would require candidates to support across two main areas of the business.
The first area involves managing the busy central Harrogate serviced office, where you will be based. You will be responsible for looking after the building and the tenants, showing new office space to prospects, scheduling use of the meeting rooms, managing new contracts, whilst keeping the building well maintained and tidy.
The second area is the coordination and administration of a property portfolio, this will involve managing enquires via phone, email and in person, taking booking online and email and carrying out viewings. You will manage a team of cleaners and maintenance workers with proactively scheduling work and rotas and supporting with queries. There are internal processes to follow for handovers and you will also lead other ad hoc projects.
Our client provides five-star customer service and they are looking for a candidate who can provide the same level of customer care. You must be reliable, honest, adaptable to change, extremely well organised and be a strong communicator.
Candidates must be highly computer literate in all MS Office and confident to pick up in house systems.
