Unity Resourcing is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy Commercial Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive Paralegal looking to further develop their commercial property expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking legal practice. Working closely with senior legal professionals, you will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters and play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to clients.
The Role
You will support a varied caseload acting for landlords, tenants, property investors, businesses and private clients across a range of sectors including office, industrial, retail and agricultural property.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and progressing commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
- Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Reviewing title documentation, searches and due diligence information.
- Drafting and preparing commercial leases, licences, assignments and related documentation.
- Supporting landlord and tenant matters.
- Assisting with property finance transactions.
- Preparing reports, completion statements and transaction documentation.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders and other professional advisers.
- Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion work.
- Managing key dates, deadlines and transaction timetables.
- Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Supporting networking and business development activities.
About You
- Previous experience within a Commercial Property Paralegal role.
- Strong legal drafting, document review and research skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Professional and client-focused approach.
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within Commercial Property.
