Project Coordinator
Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their team providing support to the Project Managers with administration and scheduling of works.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Leeds. Salary is £30,000 p/a plus excellent benefits including 20 days annual leave plus stats and your birthday off.
The ideal candidate will be a team player and demonstrate a passion for their work. The role requires a hardworking, driven individual with a strong work ethic. Taking ownership and being proactive is essential in this role.
Project Coordinator responsibilities:
- Arranging works for subcontractors.
- Setting up all necessary project files
- Apply for Planning Permission and Building Registrations when required.
- Control of the project tracker and program of work into CRM system, ensuring they are kept up to date.
- Liaising with Project Manager for updates on projects
- Gather daily reports from Project Manager
- Keeping track of project budgets
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
- Help build a system to streamline all processes.
Requirements/Personal attributes:
- Project Coordinator/scheduling experience
- Excellent administration skills
- IT literate
- Organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Adaptable, open minded and can think outside the box.
