Project Coordinator


Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their team providing support to the Project Managers with administration and scheduling of works.


This is a full-time permanent position based in Leeds. Salary is £30,000 p/a plus excellent benefits including 20 days annual leave plus stats and your birthday off.


The ideal candidate will be a team player and demonstrate a passion for their work. The role requires a hardworking, driven individual with a strong work ethic. Taking ownership and being proactive is essential in this role.


Project Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Arranging works for subcontractors.
  • Setting up all necessary project files
  • Apply for Planning Permission and Building Registrations when required.
  • Control of the project tracker and program of work into CRM system, ensuring they are kept up to date.
  • Liaising with Project Manager for updates on projects
  • Gather daily reports from Project Manager
  • Keeping track of project budgets
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
  • Help build a system to streamline all processes.
