Recruitment Consultant
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 basic DOE + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £100,000+

Unity Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and rapidly growing specialist recruitment business with an established UK and international client base.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant who thrives on business development, enjoys building long-term relationships and is motivated by significant earning potential.
This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious recruiter who wants the autonomy to develop their own market, build a strong client portfolio and be rewarded directly for their success.
Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
- Winning new business through proactive sales and business development activity
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Growing and managing your own specialist market
- Identifying and engaging high-quality contract professionals
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to placement
- Negotiating commercial terms and contractor rates
- Developing long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates
- Managing an active pipeline and recruitment process using modern CRM and recruitment systems
- Working towards ambitious revenue and growth targets
Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of generating new business and driving revenue growth.
You'll likely have:
- Previous experience within a 360 recruitment environment
- Strong business development and client acquisition skills
- A successful billing history
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- A commercially focused, target-driven mindset
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Resilience, ambition and a genuine desire to succeed
