£25,000 Basic Salary + Commission
Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | Hybrid working

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful business in Thirsk for a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual who is keen to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term career within a supportive organisation.
No previous industry experience is required, as full training will be provided. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer enquiries and orders
- Preparing quotations and sales documentation
- Maintaining and updating customer records
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell at renewal stage, with the aim of increasing customer value and securing ongoing renewals
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
- Liaising with customers via phone and email
- Ensuring information is entered accurately onto internal systems
- Providing excellent customer service and support
