Sales Executive

 

Our prestigious client is seeking a dedicated, experienced and hardworking Sales Executive to join their vibrant team due to growth within the business.

 

This role is a full-time permanent position based in Knaresborough. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, and Saturdays on a rota basis. Salary is £25,000 basic £70,000 OTE plus excellent benefits.

 

The ideal candidate will possess previous sales experience within the automotive industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sell the set number of vehicles per calendar month and create the requisite amount of income for the business as per KPIs.
  • Accurate lead management and reporting, regular follow up and reporting to management on developments.
  • Relationship building with clients, existing and previous customers.
  • Accurate vehicle appraisal and negation whilst liaising with management to maximise profitability.
  • Liaise with account managers and supply relevant details to maximise company profit and streamline process.
  • Adhere to sales or preparation processes implemented by management.
  • Ensure leads are followed up in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan preparation of part exchanges or vehicles bought for retail, whilst ensuring vehicles are prepped in a timely manner and are advertised with professional narrative.
  • Deal with customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure that at every opportunity, online reviews are gained from customers to maximise online exposure.
  • During busy times, answer the companies phone.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience within the automotive/dealership industry
  • Face to face sales experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects.
  • Team player
  • British driving licence
