Service Coordinator
Our client is a well-established business based in Harrogate. A new position has become available within their Service Department due to continued growth. They are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage a portfolio of customers and engineers. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment using their own initiative.
Salary is circa £27,000 p/a, plus excellent benefits including 32 days holiday (including stats), gym membership, employee wellbeing program and on-site parking.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing customer relationships
- Maintain an excellent level of customer service
- Managing diaries and booking appointments
- Providing quotations to customers and following up
- Producing and sending out invoices
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met and future services are scheduled
Experience in customer service is essential along with working as part of a team and meeting deadlines. Strong IT and communication skills are also essential.
