Service Coordinator
Location: Wetherby
Type: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus excellent benefits
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to manage the administration and coordination of their team of engineers. The role involves booking appointments, ensuring the efficient running of engineers' diaries, and handling the ordering and receipt of parts. As Service Coordinator, you will provide excellent after-sales service while maintaining accurate and up-to-date systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Organise and manage engineers' diaries to maximise efficiency.
- Prepare delivery notes and ensure goods are checked and ready.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Research and order parts for planned jobs.
- Dispatch jobs off the system.
- Assist with purchasing and logistics tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
- Customer service and administration experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and persistent
- Results-oriented and able to work independently
- Possess a can-do attitude and willing to go the extra mile
- Confident phone manner and comfortable with proactive calls
