Warehouse Administrator / Team Leader
Location: Leeds
Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 (based on experience)
Benefits: 23 days annual leave + stats, excellent benefits

Our client is a thriving and growing business with a brand-new purpose-built facility. They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator / Team Leader to join their team. Previous warehouse administration and supervisory experience is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently allocate stock based on orders received.
- Managing and supervising a team of Warehouse Operatives
- Release orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and manage stock in a calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline the goods receiving process.
- Keep accurate records of incoming shipments.
- Utilise ERP system to ship goods and create paperwork.
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse and head office.
- Provide regular updates on stock levels, order fulfilment, and any relevant warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse administration.
- Supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
